If you are not satisfied with our product, we accept returns up to 5 days after delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at sales@rathbun.com. Include a photo of the package, item, and order number. We review on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
